Submit Recipes Here so we can be prepared with a list

“Healthy” can be somewhat subjective. In general, we are looking for something that people can feel good about making for themselves when trying to live a healthier lifestyle. It can help fit your Macro Nutrient needs. Maybe it’s a low calorie alternative to . It could also be a recipe based around nutrient dense whole foods. The choice will be yours on what to choose.

Here is a list of things made last year

5:30 PM - “Eat Better” Nutrition Presentation - ~30 minutes

Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated. In this 30 minute presentation, we’ll discuss why so many diets fail, what successful dieters do differently, and how small, consistent changes can lead to lasting results.

Whether your goal is fat loss, increased energy, improved performance, or simply feeling more in control of your eating habits, you’ll leave with a better sense of how to make healthy nutrition fit into your lifestyle.

Rest of the night - Become Better After Dark Party

Stay and hang out and play games the rest of the night!
