The Events:

  • Ski Event:

      • Every time you come to the gym you will have 5 minutes at the end of your workout to get as many meters as you can on the Ski Ergometer.

        • Only once per day will count

        • Set the device for 5 minutes so you have an exact score

      • Your teams best 15 scores will count to your total

        • Your 5th and 6th attempts will have reduced value to encourage all team members to count, but gives you a chance in case someone doesn’t complete the event enough times

          • Your fifth attempt will have a score reduction of 25%

          • Your 6th attempt will have a score reduction of 50%

  • Sled Event:

    • Two team members will pair up and push the sled 25 Yards 3 times

      • 1st Push = Each person grabs one pole and they push together - (See recently posted video on IG for a demo)

      • 2nd Push = One person hops on the sled. The other pushes them down

      • 3rd Push = The person who was riding on the sled gets off and pushes

    • Weight of sled

      • Age or 50 minus age of one member pushing the sled = KG on sled

        • Use the least amount between the members

      • Kids 14 and under will push empty sled

      • Teams with more than 2 Coaches and/or Top 10 finishers will have an automatic 10 kg added to their sled

    • Scoring

      • Within your teams you will have 2 different pairs pushing the sled

        • All members must participate

      • Add the times of both pairs to determine your score.

        • You may experiment with different pairs on your team to see what works best

    Final Results will be determined by adding your teams place in both events. Lowest combined score wins.

Prizes of course will be awarded to the top teams!
