The Events:

Since this is the 5th annual Olympics, we have decided to bring back events from each of the other 4 Olympics

To view the former events follow these linked:

2021 Become Better Olympics

2022 Become Better Olympics

2023 Become Better Olympics

2024 Become Better Olympics

Events:

  • Combined Rower/Ski Dart Game Score

    • Add your best Ski and Rower Dart Game Score Together

  • 1 Mile Run

    • This event was done in the first Olympics on the track, but we will likely stick to our same lap in the Industrial Park

    • Time starts when you leave the turf and eds when you enter the turf

  • Bench Press + TB Deadlift 3RM

    • This will be another combo event where we will add your weights together to determine your score/place

    • Bench Press will have to tap the chest and then continue to lockout. No pause will be needed

    • TB DL will have to have 3 reps completed in a cluster format

      • Cluster means the weight has to settle on the ground before being lifted again. Hands must remain on the bar.

      • No tap and go or bouncing off of the ground

    • Bench Weight will be doubled and added to the weight of your TB DL to make your final score

  • Ball Slam Intervals: (Event from 1st BB Olympics)

    • Total ball slams done will be recorded

      • Ball must be reached over the head with legs relatively straight for slam to count

    • Time of the intervals will be determined by your age. If you are in your 50’s you will have 50 seconds to slam and 50 seconds to rest. If you are in your 30’s, you will have 30 seconds to slam and 30 seconds to rest. This will be an obvious advantage to older clients.

    • Men will use the 20lb ball and Women and kids will use the 10lb ball.

  • Sandbag Run (Event from 3rd Olympics)
