Jonah Streveler - Strength and Conditioning Intern
About Jonah:
I am a strength and conditioning coach with experience developing athletes across multiple levels of competition. My background includes serving as the first stipend undergraduate strength coach at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse Sports Performance Center, where I led strength and conditioning for Men’s and Women’s Tennis, along with coaching roles at Marathon High School and Three Rivers Performance.
My coaching philosophy blends proven performance methodologies with years of self-guided training and competitive powerlifting experience. I focus on developing force production, agility, energy systems, and competitive mindset while creating an environment built on discipline, progression, and athlete buy-in. Long term, I aspire to become an NFL strength and conditioning coach, ideally with the Green Bay Packers, and help build a culture where athletes enjoy the training process and strive to improve every day.
