Summer Strength and Conditioning for Bethel Park Girls Volleyball

I am happy to welcome all of you to Become Better Sport Performance and Personal Training!


Booking for the rest of the summer is now available!

Everyone is able to book 2 sessions/week.

please try to avoid some of our busier times in the evening (5:00 pm - 7:00 pm) unless that is the only time you are available.

The best times to book are between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm.

If you miss a week due to vacation you are welcome to book an extra session the week before or after

Some have asked about coming in more than 2x/week. If you would like to come in 3-4x/week you can pay an extra $100 for the next 6 weeks.

How it works:

  • Workouts will consist of plyometric/jump/power training, general strength training, injury prevention, core and conditioning.

  • We are going to start with 4 large group classes. There will be two coaches that will help the athletes get through their workout together.

    • Purpose: To kick start the summer and to teach the exercises that we will be doing for the rest of the summer

    • Dates/Times:

      • Session 1:

        • June 15th at 9:00 am or 7:30 pm, or June 16th at 9:00 am

      • Session 2:

        • June 17th at 9:00 am or 7:30 pm, or June 18th at 9:00 am

      • Session 3:

        • June 22nd at 9:00 am or 7:30 pm, or June 23rd at 9:00 am

      • Session 4:

        • June 24th at 9:00 am or 7:30 pm, or June 25th at 9:00 am

      • *Note: You will have to scroll to the dates listed above because this link shows all of the classes we typically offer at our gym.

      • Reminder: Book only one time for each session.

        • If you book both June 15th and 16th you would be doing the same workout.

      • Please try to make the days/times, but if needed we will add another class to get more kids in. Or we will take extra time during other sessions to go over what they missed

        • It will be most beneficial for everyone if you make all 4 of these first sessions, but at the very least try to make it to 3 of them.

  • After these sessions are complete all kids will be able to book themselves freely during any of our open times. We hope by doing it this way it will be easy for kids to find a time that works best for them.

    • Workouts will look similar to the first 4 sessions, so all athletes should be somewhat familiar with them.

    • There will always be a coach on staff ready to help as needed.

    • There are limited slots available every hour and all kids will not be able to schedule at the same time.

      • The most open time frames will be in the late morning and early afternoon, but there will be some available times all day/night long

    • Kids can schedule to come in twice every week.

  • The Boosters are paying for all returning players to participate in these workouts.

    • Please try to make it to at least 13/16 sessions! Of course it will be best to make it to all 16!

    • New athletes will pay separately for the summer
