Nominees:

Marty and Rosa:

Marty and Rosa have been training with us at Become Better for just over 2 years now. They came to us looking into training for their wedding and found such a liking that they continued their training journey with us! Marty and Rosa have been mainly training to increase strength, mobility and overall health. They have been recurring teams members of the Become Better Summer Olympics along with Marty also competing in his first Marathon.

Marty signed up to compete in a race towards the End of this May close to where they have lived previously and where Rosa grew up so in order to prepare they came to the gym 3, 4 and even 5 times one week. They will be taking a small summer break from the gym to see family and friends but fully intend to be back at their 6 time frame on Tuesdays and Thursdays! Their frequent attendance in the gym is what led to their nomination for the month of May client of the month!

Laura Tobin:

Laura is a frequent early bird to the Become Better mornings training 3 days per week with her days mainly being Tuesday, Thursday and another day on the weekends. Laura has been training with us at Become Better for just over a year and a half and come October will be at the 2 year mark! Laura is a local to the area and also has a passion for running. Laura has remained very consistent with her training despite some small running injuries but that consistency is what also led her to rebound heal up quick to get back to what she really enjoys doing.

During her time at Become Better here are Laura’s accomplishments:

Jim Roethlein:

Jim has been training with us at Become Better for almost 2.5 years now and was a referral from his daughter Jen who many of you know from her many years with us also! Jim came to us in rough shape with major heart and other medical issues and had to be monitored very closely with many restrictions when it came to his exercises and the amount of weight that he could use during his workouts. Jim is always a smiling and happy person to be around when he is in during his sessions at noon on Tuesday and Friday!

As Jim has continued his training with us, his doctors have loosened his restrictions on what he can do and has seen very good results on all of his medical visits. We look forward to seeing Jim with us for many years to come and improved health as he continues his exercise journey.
