Claire Jeans

AKA The Black Hole

A nickname given to her because she has failed to win any event/contest we have ever done. She has never even been on a winning team during the Summer or Winter Fitness Olympics.

However, in April Claire finally won her first contest: The March Madness Challenge.

She may have almost thrown up, but she persevered and scored the most points out of all of the women.

Claire has also set a couple massive PRs as of late in the gym.

Deadlift: 130kg for 10 reps
Bench: 69 kg for 10 reps

For context, Claire was first nominated (and lost to Kerry Hartman) back in March 2023 and her PR’s that month were: Bench Press 65 kg for 3 reps and Deadlift 112 kg for 3 reps.

This shows how much Claire has worked over the last couple years to continue to Become Better.

Claire has been apart of APFitNow/Become Better since 2017, and although she is the butt of many jokes, she is a perfect role model for what we want our clients to be like. She doesn’t miss appointments. She goes 100% every time. And she is always one of the first people to greet new clients that come in the door.

For all of these reasons, she is unanimously winning Clients of The Month for April 2025
