A Fast and Easy Soup For The Crock Pot
This soup is high in protein and very calorie friendly
INGREDIENTS
- Non Stick Cooking Spray 
- 2 pounds ground turkey breast 
- 1 onion, chopped 
- 1, 15 oz. can Chili Beans, do not drain 
- 1 15 oz. can kidney beans, do not drain 
- 10 oz. frozen corn kernels 
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles 
- 16 oz canned tomato sauce 
- 3 cups water 
- 2 (approx 15 oz.) cans diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes 
- 2 packets low sodium taco seasoning 
DIRECTIONS
- Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add the ground turkey breast and cook over medium heat until browned. Move to Crock Pot. 
- Add all the other ingredients to the Crock Pot and stir well to combine. 
- Cook on low setting for 8 hours.
