And the Winner is: Jeff Bondy
Jeff Bondy is winning client of the month for November 2025. As of November 5th, Jeff has been part of our gym family for an incredible 9 years — nearly a decade of showing up, putting in the work, and proving exactly what long-term dedication looks like. This makes him one of the longest tenured clients at Become Better.
Jeff’s journey hasn’t been without challenges. He’s had old sports injuries and heart issues that have stalled his progress. Jeff can’t do what he once could and may need longer rest between exercises, but that never stopped him from continuing to show up to work to Become Better.
Beyond his hard work in the gym, Jeff has also made a huge impact by offering thoughtful advice and insights on how “Become Better” can Become Better. Most recently you can thank him for the new kitchen cabinet next to the fridge (although it still needs to be put together).
