BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza

Here is a super easy recipe that can Net over 30g Protein and around 350 Calories (not exact)

Ingredients

  • 2 Flatout ProteinUP CORE 12 Flatbreads

  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

  • 1/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 6 oz. grilled chicken breast, torn into pieces

  • 1 tablespoon red onion

  • 1 tablespoon cilantro

  • non-stick baking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick baking spray.

  3. Put 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce on each flatbread and spread evenly on the flatbreads.

  4. Sprinkle both cheeses over the flatbreads.

  5. Mix the remaining BBQ sauce with the grilled chicken and place on pizzas.

    • Grilled chicken can be purchased as is, or you can grill yourself. Slow cooker chicken (shredded if preferred) would work the same.

  6. Top with the diced onion.

  7. Bake for 5 minutes.

  8. Sprinkle the cilantro (optional) on top and serve.
