What to Expect in a Session

  • All sessions roughly 45 minutes

  • Geared towards your individual Health and Fitness Goals

    • Also discuss the barriers to reaching these goals in your life

  • Get to know YOU in your lifestyle

  • Discuss food log

    • Recommend that food log is filled out prior to session for best results

  • Assist you with your journey to attain your desired lifestyle goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you

  • Simple habit modifications for long term success

  • Learn about nutrition and how it relates to your health and wellness

    • Come with any questions that you want answered!

  • Find enjoyment in the process

  • After the conclusion of the session a general recap of all things discussed will be sent.

Additional Add-on programs

  • 1 week mock meal plan: $99

    • Plan will be made specifically for you

      • Based on what your indivdual energy needs are

      • How many times/day you plan to eat.

      • Plan will also account for eating around scheduled workouts

    • Food examples will be given for each meal

    • Purpose will be to give a template of what you could eat in a day/week.

      • We recommend doing this with the follow up sessions listed above to talk about how the plan went and where modifications could be made or the monthly program listed below
